Scope

How Clever Design GmbH processes personal data for the FieldCAD website, accounts, and the public document gallery. Geometry is processed locally in your browser; account data is hosted in the EU/CH.

Data we process

• Account: email address, display name, consent timestamp (Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO).
• Documents: design graphs and their edit history, attributed to your account.
• Waitlist: email address and signup source (Art. 6(1)(a), consent).
• Technical logs: strictly for operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

• Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17 — account deletion).
• Data portability (Art. 20 — export of all documents and account data).
• Withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority.
